RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We hope you love your blanket, but if you don't we will happily accept your return. To return your item(s), please email us at email@example.com. Once a return is accepted by our team, a return label will be sent via email. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued less the cost of the return label.
Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason. At this time, we're only able to process returns within 15 days of your order's delivery date. Thank you in advance for understanding!
Any items purchased in a sale are not eligible for return.
Please note we will only accept returns for items that have not been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way. We kindly ask that you only return items that have tags attached in their original packaging without stains of any kind. All returns must be folded and tied in their original ribbon as received.
All returns are subject to inspection. We have the right to refuse your refund if your order does not meet any of the above requirements.
